Motion blur and radial blur with distortion

Open up image in photoshop

Duplicate image

filter-blur-radial blur and whack up radial blur to 100 and select zoom not spin

Repeat filter-blur-radial blur

Duplicate this layer so top layer is top and the one blow is bottom.

Selecting bottom layer filter-distort-twirl and change angle to +100

Selecting top layer filter-distort-twirl and change angle to _100

Change blend mod on top layer to multiply or darken.
